A campus is a place for learning in and outside of the classroom. Students should be included in what they see and be able to see themselves and their work reflected in the hallways.

Technology in the Classroom

Using a flipped classroom to support student learning to develop necessary skills in reading and writing has been my major key to success.

I firmly believe that a teacher should make resources available for students who do not have the necessary supports at home to be successful.

By creating YouTube videos I was able to give my students the support they needed at home to refine student skills in inferencing, focused note-taking, and essay development to prepare them for independent and collaborative practice during class.
